Almond Pistachio Kulfi 



Let's Begin

  1. Take a thik bottom Pan & Heat Milk.
  2. Now you see milk is begins to boil add saffron & lower the heat and simmer (उबाल) till the milk reduced by 1/2.
  3. Add up condensed milk, pistachios & almonds and mix well.
  4. Cook it for 3-5 minutes & stirring continuously.
  5. Now Stop Cooking let the mixture get cool.
  6. After mixture cool now It's time to add khoya & mix properly .
  7. Finally Pour it in individual Kulfi Moulds & put them in freezer to set it.....
  8. Allright Your Yummy Almond Pistachio Kulfi is ready to serve.

  • Almond / Baram Mona Mota kita 15
  • Pachak Mita CUDA cuda 10
  • Filament 1 crumble
  • Milk 1/2 (Dar
  • Kansd milk 800 gram
  • Xhosa Yakut Yiddish Yoruba Zaza Zulu

Method

Step 1

  • Heat the milk in a thick non-stick pan. As soon as it comes to a boil, add the saffron, reduce the flame and reduce the milk by stirring the spoon.

Step 2

  • When it is reduced to half, add the condensed milk, almonds and pistachios and mix well. Cook while stirring the spoon for three to four minutes.

Step 3

  • Remove the pan from the heat, then set aside and let cool. Then add and mix well.

Step 4

  • Put in Kulfi making molds and place in the freezer to freeze. Then remove and serve immediately.
