Ingredients Pies

  1. Maida 11/2 (dead Cup)
  2. Spinach blanched and chopped  Cup
  3. Salt 1 small spoon
  4. Fresh yeast/ leaven gram
  5. Sugar 1 / 2 (half) small spoon
  6. Oil 1 big champ
  7. Garlic 2 small spoon
  8. Onion chopped
  9. Feta cheese crushed 1 Cup


Method

Step 1

Sift flour and salt together in a bowl. Make a pit in the middle and add YaST, sugar and half a cup of water, mix and allow to foam.

Step 2

Mix well and add a quarter cup of water to knead the soft dough. Cover with wet muslin and let stand for two hours.

Step 3

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a non stick pan, add garlic and onions and fry for two minutes. Then add the spinach, mix well and fry for a minute.

Step 4

Add the cheese and mix well. Do eight identical parts of the loin. Roll each portion in The Shape of a shit, place the spinach mixture in one part of it and fold the other part over the spinach and seal the edges with a fork.

Step 5

Heat the oil as needed in a kadhai. Fry the prepared pies in hot oil till they turn golden brown and crisp. Remove from the oil and place it on an absorbent paper. Serve instantly.
