  1. 1 cup wheat flour

Recipe - How to Make Puri (Poori)

  1. To make the whole, first take the flour and sieve it with the help of a sieve. Now put the flour in a parat, add salt, chilli, turmeric powder to the flour and mix.
  2. Add all the mixture to the flour. Now knead the dough well with the help of water. Make sure that the dough is neither too thick nor too soft.
